Returns & Exchanges

At HAViT Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement or return, subject to verification.

To claim a free return or replacement:

  • Contact us immediately after receiving your order
  • Share your order number and a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening, clearly showing the issue
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions or a replacement

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from perfume, deodorant stains, makeup marks, damage, or visible signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Print-on-demand or made-to-order products, unless defective or incorrect
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

For size or fit concerns, we encourage exchanges instead of refunds, subject to stock availability.

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Share any required photos or unboxing video (if applicable)
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, and
  • A valid unboxing video proof is provided and approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
